Please check with your local Hobby shop first. If they don't carry our products yet, you can always order directly from us. Orders placed online from this site are processed through a secure encrypted server to ensure your safety and privacy. We also accept orders placed by mail or telephone.

To place an order by mail, include Part Number, Description, and Quantity with your check or money order. Please include $6.50 for shipping (FREE shipping for orders over $125.00 and not exceeding 13 ounces in weight, within the continental US) and mail to:

Method of shipment:

Our standard method of shipment is with the US Postal Service. This includes First Class or Parcel Post for all domestic orders, and First Class International Mail for all International orders including Canada. We have found it to be the least expensive and most reliable (for more than 20 years).

Customers may request other methods of shipment, such as Priority or Express Mail, or additional features such as insurance, or a tracking number. Or, other shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx or DHL. All of these are additional services which cost extra

Note: If weight of order exceeds 13 ounces it will automatically be upgraded to Priority Mail which costs extra (more than $6.50)

Prompt Delivery:

It is our strict policy to maintain adequate inventory of all products at all times. Part of our Thank You for your order is to ship it right after you order it.

We are proud to report that since our inception in September of 2002, we have shipped orders within 48 hours of receipt more than 95% of the time! This includes dealers and distributors.

Our standard method of shipment is via the US Postal Service. We have found this to be a highly reliable and cost effective way to get our product to you, typically within 1 to 4 business days for domestic orders. Should you special shipping requirements (UPS, FedEx, etc.), we will be happy to accommodate, however, any additional freight costs will be added to the order.

International orders:

Our hobby is enjoyed the world over and we are happy to ship to you wherever you reside. Our preferred International shipping method is to use International First Class Mail provided by the US Postal Service. It is quite inexpensive (in most cases less than $17.00), with speedy delivery (usually about 1 week).

If you purchase online through our shopping cart's secure server, a $15.50 shipping/handling charge will be added. Depending on your shipping destination country and the size (weight) of the order, additional shipping charges may be required. We will quickly email you with any additional freight costs. If you wish, we can simply charge your credit card for the additional freight (with your approval by return email) and immediately process your shipment.

It's as easy as that!

Our policy on checks:

Please allow time for your check to clear at our bank. Your order will be shipped once your check has cleared. There will be a $25.00 charge for checks returned for insufficient funds.

Product returns:

The following applies only to orders placed directly with Ngineering or through this website's shopping cart. Orders placed with hobby shops or distributors may have different return policies.

Items sold by Ngineering are warranted to be as advertised and to be satisfactory to YOU. Any item may be returned to Ngineering within 90 days of purchase for credit or refund by returning it to us prepaid. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to see that products are returned in their original package and in saleable condition (unless defective when you receive it). Please include a copy of your invoice/packing list. A refund or credit will NOT be APPLIED to any returned item that is not in the original (as sold) condition. For example, circuit boards that have had wires attached soldered) to them CANNOT be resold as "new".

Please pack all items carefully. We are not responsible for damage during the return shipment. We suggest that you insure your return package to us if it has a high-dollar value.

A product restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns other than those returned for warranty repair or replacement.
