                NB80XX  Simulator Module

The NB80XX simulator module is the same physical size (0.310" x 0.310") as our original N80XX, .NLA80XX, NLD80XX & L80XX simulator modules.

Its primary difference is that we have added a second current limiting resistor on the back of the board to provide easier wiring and installation for those applications that require an additional resistor to support a second LED operating along with the primary LED. This ensures that there will be no issues with multiple LEDs "fighting" for current support when trying to share a single resistor.

This NB80XX series can be programmed for any of our existing lighting effects that require two LEDs in simultaneous operation.

The NB80XX series has the same on-board 5-volt DC precision regulator for output voltages and supports a DC input voltage range of 5.6-18 volts. The on-board microcontroller has three programmable outputs and one input for control functions just like ourN80XX series. It also has on-board DC polarity protection which can be usefull for model railroaders in Analog applications that require lighting effects that operate in forward track polarity but not in reverse.
